- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon cut into small pieces about 6 pieces
- 1 pkg dry Ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1. In a mixing bowl combine, cream cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese, green onion and ranch mix.2. Mix well and form into a ball3. Arrange pecan pieces on a plate and roll cheese ball in pecan pieces. 4. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
